Gloria Osteria and Chef Davide are welcoming Rob Krawczyk and the team from Restaurant Chestnut in Ballydehob, West Cork, for a one-night-only takeover on September 20th.

The Michelin-starred crew are swapping their white cottage in Ballydehob for a night in Dublin, bringing their finest produce with them for the collaboration.

Dinner starts at 7PM with a four-course menu blending Chestnut’s signature home-aged charcuterie with Gloria’s specials. It opens with Gnocco Fritto and brioche, served alongside Chestnut’s fish charcuterie, homemade coppa, pickles and sage butter. Next comes Tortellini Emiliani in Parmigiano Reggiano DOP fondue, finished with balsamic reduction and a carrot and kombucha juice side. The main is turbot poached in brown butter and seaweed, with chicken jus over Sicilian caponata. Toffeemisu closes out the night.

The four-course menu is €85, or €125 with wine pairing. Seats are limited. Booking opens 9AM on August 31st via SevenRooms.
